Our Driveway Sealing Process

  1. Driveway Inspection: We assess the asphalt for cracks, stains, and areas needing attention.
  2. Surface Preparation: We clean the driveway to remove dirt, oil, and debris.
  3. Crack Filling: Crack filling for qualifying cracks is available as part of the preparation process. Severely deteriorated asphalt, alligator cracking, potholes, and areas requiring asphalt patching may require additional repair and may not be included in a standard sealcoating estimate.
  4. Sealcoat Application: We apply professional-grade asphalt sealer evenly across the surface.
  5. Curing: We provide instructions for keeping the driveway clear while the sealer cures.
  6. Final Cleanup: We make sure your property is left clean and your driveway has a consistent finish.
